We always measure progress while engaged on a project according to KPIs defined and agreed with the client. But the true measure of success only comes when we leave. Our goal is to provide your teams with the knowledge they need to manage their own systems and applications, create their own content, follow their new design guidelines etc. This may also mean you want to replace us with permanent hires once the contract has been completed, in which case we will help with recruiting the right talent, if required, and get them up to speed prior to our departure. We are also available to help maintain progress and support new and existing staff. Imparting knowledge is an important part of Tangible Consulting!
