CEO & Founder

Julian Kulkarni is passionate about helping companies to achieve their growth ambitions and empowering their sales and marketing teams to make it happen! In addition to Tangible, Julian currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer for Reapit (and PayProp via a recent merger) and Senior Advisor to Accel-KKR. Julian is currently board Director, MoneyJar.ie, Ireland’s only digital and fastest growing bank.

Colm Mulchay

Managing Partner​

A veteran of the technology industry, Colm now specializes in providing and supporting world class SaaS business software. He is experienced in delivering implementation, merging and transformation project including Salesforce.com and Hubspot. He is also a skillful manager of demand generation and sales development projects aimed at ramping up commercial growth in a short timeframe. Colm has worked on several Tangible Consulting projects with this focus, including JAGGAER, Kaleris and Duett.

Colm Mulcahy​

Market Research & Business Development

Fermín is a strategic business consultant and project manager with more than 18 years’ experience. He is strongly focused on new business development, start-up entrepreneurship, change management, budget control and staff coaching. A versatile strategist and communicator with a solid international PR and communications background, Fermín brings broad and deep understanding of global economic, social and political trends. He has worked on several Tangible Consulting projects to identify underserved markets and consequently, opportunities for commercial growth.

Ed Walker​

Content & Corporate Marketing​

Ed has been working in content creation, corporate communications and advertising for more than 30 years, including spells as a Marketing Communications Manager. A specialist in business-to- business and IT marketing, he very quickly grasps selling propositions and communicates them effectively to different audiences. Having worked for companies in most west European countries, Ed is also adept at translation from multiple languages into fluent, commercial English. He has developed positioning and content on several Tangible Consulting projects, including JAGGAER, Unimarket, Duett and Reapit.

Morgan Nolan​

Website Design

Our website and digital designer Morgan Nolan has a passion for all things designed with people in mind, now and in the future. He is fascinated by artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality and how these technologies can be used to deliver a great user experience. His specialist skills include a wide range of web development technologies (Php, Xhtml, CSS, Java, C++, MySQL, W3C Standards), UX design and research, content management systems (Drupal, WordPress). Morgan is also experienced in digital audio and visual production. He was responsible for website design on Tangible Consulting projects including JAGGAER.

Dave Warden​

Creative Design​

Dave is a creative director with more than 20 years’ experience in graphic design. In that time he has worked for many corporate and small businesses across publishing, music, entertainment, media, technology, telecommunications, travel, and finance. He has experience of a diverse range of projects including corporate identity, marketing and promotional collateral, videos, interactive digital promotions and fully functional e-commerce websites. Dave provided the creative skills and speed of execution needed to visually promote Unimarket and other Tangible Consulting content customers.

Diane Fitzpatrick

Design

Diane consistently delivers creative, on-brand design work and presentations. She is quick to understand business requirements and works closely with other marketing specialists to ensure that information is presented in ways that are visually appealing to the target audience. Diane has provided design consultancy and execution on virtually all Tangible Consulting projects that involve visual communications.
